Everyone Meet Remy!!!

I do not believe I have formally introduced our newest ummm member of the family.. This is Remy. Remy is Matthew's pet gerbil. I did not want a gerbil but Nanny thought Matthew needed one. Matthew does love Remy. He is good with him too. He puts him in his little ball as seen in this picture and Remy just goes all over the place. This is him rolling around in my kitchen floor.

Now our cat, Lucky, does not really know what to think about this creature. When the ball rolls past him sometimes he will swat at it but most of the time he is like "ehh.. whatever" and goes back to sleep.

It took me a while to warm up to this rat looking pet but I have to admit I think he is cute and find myself talking to him as I walk by his cage during the day. I feed him little treats as well. I have yet to hold him and don't think I ever will but he can roll in his little ball all he wants.


Well today is Tuesday and that means Idol night! EEEE!! We get 3 nights of it this week. I guess Thursday is the wild card day. Oh and tonight is The Bachelor After the Final Rose part 2.. uggghhh... if you watch this show you know what I mean. uggh!!!!! Off to get my day going since I couldn't get my Jeep going this morning I might as well get something done.
